Arrivals Meet & Assist:  Our Cairo Airport Travel Representatives will be there to welcome you as you arrive at Cairo International Airport, they will take you through immigration, customs and luggage collection. Cairo Airport Travel Representatives normally meet our guest in the area before passport control . Cairo Airport Travel Representative will be holding a welcome sign including the guest's name, company name, logo or other previously arranged symbol. The guest is then accompanied through the various checkpoints [security, Visa upon arrival (if required), passport control, immigration and customs], and luggage collection. Depending on the arrangements escort them to the arrivals area, vehicle, or family members awaiting the arrival.

Departures Meet & Assist:  Our Representatives will ensure you are well taken care of up to your departure Departures Meet and Assist Services start at the terminal building and ends at boarding gate . Cairo Airport Travel Representatives are available to assist you at your departure with luggage trolleys, airline check-in, security, and Passport control. Cairo Airport Travel service ensures a swift, smooth, safe passage through Cairo International Airport formalities on Departure.

Group Meet and Assist service: Upon group arrival Cairo Airport Travel Representative will be holding a welcome sign with the name of the group arriving, the company name, conference name or Incentive name and our company logo. The group then will be escorted through various checkpoints (security, Visa upon arrival (if required), passport control, and customs), then the Representative will escort them to hotel for check-in. Upon the group departure Cairo Airport Travel Representative will be escorting a group from their hotel back to the airport and looking after luggage, airline check-in, and passport control.

“Ahlan” Service:

Cairo Airport Travel arranges VIP service Called “Ahlan” ( introduced and provided by Cairo International Airport ) . It is an Exclusive meet and greets service. You then will be escorted through various checkpoints ( security, Visa upon arrival (if required), passport control, and customs), then the Representative will escort them you to Ahlan Service lounge. Upon group your arrival, Cairo International Airport Travel ( Ahlan Service ) Representative will be waiting you in the area before passport control holding a welcome sign with the client's name. Upon your departure, Cairo International Airport Travel ( Ahlan Service ) Representative will be waiting you at the terminal building entrane holding a welcome sign with the client's name... You then will be escorted through various checkpoints ( security, passport control, and customs ), then the Representative will escort you to Ahlan Service lounge.
